Welcome to SoftDreams! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the SoftDreams mobile application ('App', 'Service') operated by Tai Phan Van ('we', 'us', 'our').
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing and using SoftDreams, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
If you use SoftDreams on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
SoftDreams is an AI-powered dream interpretation mobile application that provides:
Dream journaling and recording capabilities
AI-powered dream analysis and interpretation
Dream pattern tracking and insights
Personalized dream meanings based on your entries
The Service is provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to use the Service:
You retain ownership of all dream content you submit to the Service.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing dream interpretation services.
We do not share your personal dream content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you submit.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
SoftDreams uses artificial intelligence to provide dream interpretations and insights.
AI interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be considered professional psychological or medical advice.
The accuracy of AI interpretations may vary and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
You acknowledge that AI services may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results.
SoftDreams offers both free and premium subscription features.
Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store account settings.
No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice to existing subscribers.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tai Phan Van and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The information on this Service is provided on an 'as is' basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Dream interpretations are for entertainment purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
You use the Service at your own risk.
In no event shall Tai Phan Van, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
